1. Agreement

By accessing or using Outlyr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Blue Ocean Company FZCO, License 10086, located at Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Service description

Outlyr is a YouTube analytics platform that provides:

  • Channel and video tracking using public YouTube data
  • Outlier detection and performance analytics
  • AI-powered content idea generation
  • Data export and reporting

3. Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One person or organization per account. Sharing credentials is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Outlyr offers free (Starter) and paid (Pro, Expert) subscription tiers.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.
  • Payments are processed securely through Mollie. We do not store payment card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any subscription or one-time purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. For billing questions, contact us at support@tryoutlyr.io.

5. Usage limits

Each subscription tier has specific limits (channels, groups, AI ideation calls). These limits are described on our pricing page. Exceeding your limits requires an upgrade.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
  • Violate YouTube's Terms of Service through your use of Outlyr

7. YouTube data

Outlyr processes publicly available YouTube data and complies with YouTube's Terms of Service. By using Outlyr, you also agree to Google's Privacy Policy.

8. AI-generated content

The AI idea generation feature produces suggestions based on patterns in video data. These are suggestions only — you are responsible for any content you create based on them. We make no guarantees about the performance of generated ideas.

9. Intellectual property

  • Outlyr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Blue Ocean Company FZCO.
  • Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any data you provide.
  • AI-generated ideas are yours to use without restriction.

10. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or data inaccuracies.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Ocean Company FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai.
